Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with ink742. Providing false age information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the Platform.
To be eligible to open and maintain an ink742 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:
ink742 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of a request may result in Account suspension pending further review.

Each individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method is permitted to hold only one active ink742 Account. The existence of duplicate Accounts — regardless of the name, email address, or payment method used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ink742 will close all duplicate Accounts and, at its sole discretion, void any bets placed and forfeit any balances held in such Accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ink742 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify ink742 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
ink742 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not become effective until ink742 formally confirms acceptance, typically by sending a confirmation email to the address provided during registration.
ink742 is committed to preventing underage gambling, money laundering, and fraud. As part of this commitment, we operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal and may be triggered at any other point during your membership at ink742's discretion.

Deposits via BCA, BRI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay are processed instantly in the vast majority of cases. Deposits via other supported bank channels may take between 5 and 30 minutes depending on inter-bank processing schedules. ink742 credits the deposit to the Member's Account only after receiving confirmed settlement from the relevant financial institution.
Withdrawals submitted during WIB business hours (Monday to Saturday, 08:00–22:00 WIB) are targeted for processing within 1 to 6 hours. Withdrawals submitted outside business hours will be queued for processing on the next available business day. Processing times are targets, not guarantees, and may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or during public holidays.

Currency Note: All deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ink742 does not hold or convert foreign currencies. Any currency conversion that occurs is solely between the Member and their own financial institution.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by ink742 are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated clearly on each promotion's detail page before the Member opts in.
ink742 takes bonus integrity seriously. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and, where material, closure of the Member's Account:

Where a bet is accepted at odds or with terms that are clearly erroneous — whether caused by human error, data feed failure, or system malfunction — ink742 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Member's Account. ink742 will notify the affected Member by email within a reasonable period of identifying such an error.

Upon termination for a breach of these Terms, ink742 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds held in the Account and, where fraud or serious misconduct is established, to withhold real-money balances pending investigation. ink742 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version (if provided), the English version shall prevail.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action or proceeding.
